     Vague remnants of a nightmare I had last night are still plagueing me this a.m.  so me and the dog are going for a morning jog. I have found I have lots more stamina and endurance after 3 weeks of yoga.. My muscle tone is so hot I kinda want to do myself… ha ha  j/k
