 Swine Flu, regular flus and bugs and bacteria and germs are making everyone sick . Here are some simple tips to keep clean and flu free.

*Did you know how much fecal matter is on ..say ..your remote control ? Tons of it. Make sure and Lysol down your tv remote at least one a week. This goes for everything in your house that you touch, door knobs, cabinet knobs, your blackberry , the toilet handle! Refrigerator..sink handles!

Everytime you flush the toilet  you spray fecal spores into the air up to 15 feet. The worse thing is they settle on your toothbrush liek a moth to a flame. These make you sick , stomach aches without even knowing it. If you shut the toilet lid BEFORE flushing, you can avoid all of this.

If you have to sneeze, sneeze into the crook fo your arm NOT YOUR hand to avoid transmitting your cold.

Germ x should be everywhere for you to sanitise your hands. I  have a bottle sitting in everyroom of the house, so make sure and germ x your hands good when you come over. I’ve had some guys( believe it or not) in the past come in strip down and actually try to finger me or something with visibly dirty hands.. Ack. think i want to get a bladder infection? Germ x the cigarettes, germs, steering wheel goo off of your hands! Even the doctor says.. first thing before touching someones privates is to wash your hands. there is nothing worse than a guy with stinky hands and a dirty fingernails with the intention of sticking them WHERE? no, no.

 Lastly to avoide sickness. If you are going somewhere known for sickness. like school ,church or the office, cover the otuside of your nose in a thin layer of vicks. Create a barrier that is hard for germs to get through!

I got my bellybutton pierced when I was 17 in Virginia Beach, Va. Back then they did it with an ear piercing gun and I had to change the stud into a hoop 4 weeks later. OUch .

I had my nose pierced when i was 14. There was a street fair in downtown Tucson and my mom wouldn’t sign the parental paper to allow me to get my nose pierced . I slipped away and saw opportunity  in a homeless man wearing one blue sock and one greeen sock and playing the guitar for change . I paid him 5 $ to go in with me and say he was my father. It worked. I can still slip in a little gold stud if I want.

I had my  lip pierced when I was 21. It was cute but I no longer have it.

I had my nipple pierced when I was nineteen. The left one. Youch. I thought it wouldnt hurt, much like my other piercings and boasting, bravely took a large crowd of freinds to watch. When that needle pierced my flesh my scream pierced the air . Blood ran down into my navel. My mom cut it out with wire cutters two weeks later after much suffering on my end. Talk about being a dumbass.
